I can’t even begin to tell you ho much the boyfriend loves BBQ RIBS. When I found this recipe on how to do it in the Crock pot I about flipped out! Happy Birthday boyfriend… you got BBQ RIBS.
Had to wake up and start seasoning to get them in by 9 am. Also had to make the BBQ sauce by hand. I’ll give ya’ll that recipe another day. 🙂

BOOM! 7-8 Hours later and you have magic on a plate! The boyfriend could not even begin to handle it… All day the house was smelling like BBQ sauce and meat. Best birthday ever.
The boyfriend could not eat the whole thing so we ended up having BBQ PORK sandwiches for dinner the next night. He loved that as well!
