Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Butternut Squash 


I will not lie. For a long time I hated Brussel Sprouts. I always heard such  horrible things about them and they where always looked at by me in a negative way. NOW…. I’m an adult. And I LOVE them! Raw, sautéed, roasted, and who knows maybe even boiled!! So here’s the recipe for my new favorite way to eat them!!

All Chopped and looking FABULOUS!  Look how the sun just hits the plate like it’s a side dish from heaven!!
  Ready for transport over to The Boyfriends Mama’s house!

Sooooo I know I should of taken a pic of them all done and in their glory but my cook time was off and it was time to serve and I just couldn’t wait any longer!! Here’s a picture of my almost half eaten plate because that’s when I just remembered I needed photos for all of you!!

I’ll make them again and add the pictures on here. I think I might even have some left overs ready to make for lunch today….
