Meat Balls


I love meatballs. I love spaghetti and meatballs. I love meatballs just solo. Here is the recipe I use because I believe everyone should defineltly try these!!

Set your oven to 350 degrees

I love garlic… Recipe calls for 2 cloves minced. I do 3 🙂   1/2 cup of  shredded Parmesan cheese… I do a little more 🙂
  Throw in some oregano, basil and I put in some parsley.   Beat 2 eggs with 1/2 cup of milk.
I forgot to take a picture of the bread crumb but that’s 1 cup and then mix with your hands.   Form into balls. The recipe says golf ball size but I can never remember how big a golf ball is. LOL so they are semi large balls 🙂

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees

And finally I totally forgot about pictures of them coming out of the oven and the beautiful dish and set up I had for it all but her is what was left when I remembered. Sorry guys! It just looked sooo good! I promise I’ll get better about taking pictures!! One solo meat ball left over. I’m almost amazed!!
