Cheese Cake 

 

This cheesecake has been with my family for a long time!! It’s my favorite. My families favorite. And The Boyfriends favorite!!!

First heat your oven to 350 degrees, then the graham cracker crust! I dump one pack on honey graham crackers,3 tablespoon sugar and 1/3 cup of melted butter. Mix in food processor till it’s fine and all mixed together crushed. Poor into cheesecake pan (Springform pan) and push down to set.

Then for the CheeseCake Magic! Beat up 4 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese that is softened, 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp. of vanilla. Then mix in 4 eggs one at a time. Mix on low speed until blended and then pour over crust.

Bake for 50 minutes or until center of cheesecake is loosely set. Separate cheesecake from pan with a knife around the edges and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Then TA DA!!! You have a beautiful wonderful delicious cheesecake that all of your friend will keep asking you to make for them.

So many ways of playing with this recipe too! I like to add chocolate chips; milk, dark or white. Or all. Topping galore!! The homemade caramel or my favorite blueberry orange sauce. Yummm eeeeee!!
