Cheesecake Recipe

 

This cheesecake has been with my family for a long time!! It’s my favorite. My families favorite. And The Boyfriends favorite!!!

First heat your oven to 350 degrees, then make the graham cracker crust! I dump one pack on honey graham crackers, 3 tablespoon sugar and 1/3 cup of melted butter into a food processor and mix till it’s fine and all mixed together. Then poor and press the crumbs into the bottom of a cheesecake pan (Springform pan).

Then for the Cheesecake Magic! Beat 4 packages of softened Philadelphia cream cheese in a stand mixer, once smooth add 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp. of vanilla. Then mix in 4 eggs, slowly, one at a time. Mix on low speed until blended and then pour mixture over the graham cracker crust.

Bake for 50 minutes or until center of cheesecake is loosely set. Separate cheesecake from pan with a knife around the edges and refrigerate for 4 hours. Once it has chilled completely slowly pull off the spring foam pan siding.

Then TA DA!!! You have a beautiful wonderful delicious cheesecake that all of your friend will keep asking you to make for them.

So many ways of playing with this recipe too! I like to add chocolate chips; milk, dark or white. Or all. Topping galore!! The homemade caramel or my favorite blueberry orange sauce. Yummm eeeeee!!
