Ranch Cheddar Mash

I’m pretty sure we all love mashed potatoes… if you don’t… well I’m not sure how to respond to that honestly… 

Anyhow here is my easy go to always amazing Cheddar Ranch Mashed Potatoes. Also, this is only for two people. So if you got more to feed just double up! There’s no harm in having extras. 😁

4 Yellow potatoes. Washed. Peeled. Sliced. Drop into boiling water. Enough water to cover the potatoes. I also throw in 2 cloves of garlic. When potatoes are super soft from boiling (like super super soft, do a fork test on a slice and see how easy it is to mush) and drain potatoes of water. To the mush pot add 3 Tablespoons Ranch dressing. 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Then start mashing!! (I recommend taking the pot off the stove for the mashing part…)Then ta-da and serve!!
