
Meatloaf. It’s a classic! It can be done so many fun ways. The sauce alone can be played with and I’m loving this one!
Preheat your oven to 350.
To start meatloafing: 2 cups crushed crackers. 1 pound ground beef. 1 medium onion. 1 cup of milk. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Salt and Pepper. Then mush with your hands! Make sure you don’t over mush the meat. Form meat into log and place into greased cooking pan. Do you see thosecracker chunks people! Ohmgsh….
Then it’s sauce making time. This sauce you guys…
2 tablespoons brown sugar. 2 tablespoons prepared mustard. 1 teaspoon hot sauce. 1/3 cup of ketchup. 1/3 cup of honey BBQ sauce. 1 Teaspoon Garlic Seasoning. Salt and Pepper to taste. Whisk it!! Poor sauce over meatloaf log. Spread evenly over whole meatloaf.
Stick meatloaf in oven for 60 minutes! Now time for a Kitten Break! I just love a good kitten in a box photo!
I served my meatloaf with a fun salad filled with chopped carrot, heirloom cherry tomatoes, mini cucumbers and red roman lettuce. My way easy Cheddar Ranch Mashed Potatoes and some left over Bacon and Chive Cornbread. Flipping YUM you guys… YUM.
