I haven’t met anyone who doesn’t like Pecan Pie. Honestly I thought I didn’t for a very long time. Honestly, honestly… I had no clue and didn’t want to taste it. I was young and being annoying that’s a given for sure…
Pecan Pie (Super Easy)
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans
- 1 Pie Crust Recipe (In Case Of Emergency I use Pilsbury Brand)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Corn Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 3 Scrambled Eggs
- 1/3 cup Melted Butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Mix together eggs, salt, sugars, vanilla, corn syrup and melted butter in a bowl together. Prep pie crust in pie pan. Lay chopped pecans to cover bottom of pie crust. Pour mixed sugar syrup yumminess into pie crust. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 with foil loosely on the top and another 20 minutes without foil. If it is overly jiggly when pulling it out of the oven leave it in for only 2 minutes longer. Be careful not to burn your pecans! They an turn on you quickly!
Let cool for several hours or overnight even better!
Hope you enjoyed the post! Thanks for visiting!
