Winter Meal- Crockpot Beef Stew

Happy 12th day of BlogMas! Today I decided to write about my favorite winter meal, Beef Stew. This is one of my favorites not only because it’s a crock pot recipe and delicious but it is also the first meal I had ever made for my husband.

  • 3 long carrots Sliced
  • 3 Yukon Gold potatoes Diced
  • 2 stalks of celery Sliced
  • 1 can Beef Stock
  • 2.5 pound Chuck Roast cut into chunks
  • 1 sliced yellow onion
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic Sliced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 TBSP Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Ground Thyme
  • All you need to do is put the Meat in the crock pot, Salt and Pepper the top of the Meat. Then add in the rest of the ingredients set the crockpot to 10 hours and wait for the gloriousness. (This is the hardest part.) At the end of cooking pull out Meat and shred up. Return to crock pot and leave it for another 15 minutes. Then it’s ready to serve! Enjoy!
  • Living. Loving. Cooking.
