
Happy 12th day of BlogMas! Today I decided to write about my favorite winter meal, Beef Stew. This is one of my favorites not only because it’s a crock pot recipe and delicious but it is also the first meal I had ever made for my husband.
- 3 long carrots Sliced
- 3 Yukon Gold potatoes Diced
- 2 stalks of celery Sliced
- 1 can Beef Stock
- 2.5 pound Chuck Roast cut into chunks
- 1 sliced yellow onion
- 2 Cloves of Garlic Sliced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 TBSP Fresh Rosemary
- 1 tsp Ground Thyme
