DIY Vapor Shower Melts

Does anyone else feel like cold and flu season has become a year-round thing?

I used to think it was only Winter and Spring but apparently, Summer and Fall are now apart of this.

My husband and I don’t get out very much so when we do go out we seem to always catch something of some kind.

And sadly, we are both very much big babies when we are sick and when I found out how to make these easy congestion savers I was all about the prep!

Yes. I prep for sickness too.

This DIY is way to easy not to do and cost only the amount of a container or vapor rub from the grocery.

So all you need is:

  • Tablespoons or 6 teaspoons of Vapor Rub
  • 1 Liter or 4 1/2 cups of boiling water
  • And an ice cube tray
  • Boil the water, mix in the vapor rub, put into ice cube trays and freeze till ready to use. I pull them out of the trays after and overnight of sitting and keep them in a plastic baggie in the freezer. Bing bang boom you’re done! Whenever you’re in need of them just pull one out and put it in the bottom of your shower and let them steam activate and decongest…
  • You’re welcome!

    Living. Loving. DIYing.
