Pomegranate Salad Dressing

Not gonna lie… I love me some pomegranate seeds.

I have actually eaten them till I have gotten sick before, and most likely I’ll do that again.

Pomegranate Salad Dressing


  • 3/4 cup Pomegranate Juice
  • 1/2 tsp crushed Rosemar
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic
  • 1/4 tsp Salt and Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil

Add all of the ingredients to a prepped and cleaned salad jar or bottle and shake vigorously.

Then it’s ready! Poor onto a spinach and feta salad, with dried cranberries, add steak and pecans and boom you have the type of dinner I would basically forever eat.

It’s always wonderful when an oops because a yes please! This dressing all started because the jellies I was trying to make just wouldn’t set. Like seriously not at all. No matter how much gelatin I added it just wouldn’t do it. So I stopped forcing the issue and got creative. (I mean I had too because I had 8 jars of pomegranate jelly juice…)
