The garden is thriving and producing finally more than I ever allowed myself to get excited for.
It might end up being the last crop for the year so I’m excited it’s looking like a good big and healthy one for our standards.
The only thing that failed on me was the potatoes but when I pull them out I’ll show what that looks like… womp womp.
The strawberries are finally moving and growing back in since adding more dirt, again, to them. The jalapeños plant is still growing and moving along. The peppers are only getting so big but they are growing in bulk! Here are said potatoes… depressing right? Only been several months of growing. Maybe I’ll just have a bunch of baby ones? Can anyone tell me why my toilet roses are doing so much better than any of my other roses growing? roses? The cantaloupe have gotten going finally. We have 3 started and 2 getting bigger everyday. Heirloom lettuces are coming in strong now that the heat is dying down! I can’t wait to have them all nice and fresh come winter. The green onions I started in the house are officially in the garden and are GROWING! I’m going to have so much to pass around.
So all in all the garden areas are growing nicely and I can’t wait to see what I get from my potatoes. Next I think I’ll be doing carrots and onions in that bath tub.
