Ohhh July. Heat waves, sick days, hospital visits (I’ll talk about that later in another post) and a hoooollllleeeee lotta flex alerts state wide.
As you know I had the goal to start my get healthy journey, but, that didn’t go as planned.
Getting a full on head cold on the 4th and (I’m so sorry I’m saying this but) an ingrown hair in between my butt cheeks on the 10th it turned into not the month planned. Sorry not sorry but I’m not getting into running again with angry thing in my bum cheeks.
Next weeks post is about the biggest change to my life. A trip to the ER that wasn’t expected or planned for sure…
