I Logged Off

Instagram, Twitter, tumblr, and whatever else I’m forgetting…

I needed too. And if I tell you why it doesn’t make sense to log off those and keep this.

But I think I lost myself a bit in them. Not being able to let go of thinking in Twitter posts and pictures I have to post for Instagram because *content is king*

And that’s not how I want to live in my life. Remembering that I have the choice was harder then I thought.

Actually doing it… deleting the apps, it was a bit more awakening then I had thought. I no longer have to think about taking photos for likes! I can just take photos because they make me happy! I can get myself back into scrapbooking and not rely on the fact that whatever I’ve posted is my photo gallery of life.

Instead of waiting for friends to comment on my life via Instagram I can just text them. Call them even! Talk about going back in time…

So with that update, I’ll be seeing you here and who knows, maybe I’ll log back on next year or maybe I won’t. We shall see.

Living. Loving. Refocusing.
